About us

We are conveniently located on the second floor of a medical building, right on the corner of Bloor and Dufferin street. We are directly above the Dufferin subway station, so reaching us by TTC or car is quite easy. For directions please feel free to contact us at anytime or please refer to the map below.

You can reach us: By TTC:
We are located above the Dufferin subway station on the east side of Dufferin street. If you get out at this location all you will need to do is walk directly into the door located between the pharmacy and the TTC doors. Take the elevator to the second floor and we are the first office you see getting out of the elevator.

By Car:
Please refer to the map. (have link) To find directions from your location to Bloor Dufferin Rehabilitation Centre, you can also go to map quest, and there they will give you the most direct route from your location.

Parking
You can park on either of the side streets, (Gladstone Avenue and Russett Avenue) or in the Tim Horton’s parking lot. You can also park in the Dufferin Mall parking lot. It is less than a 5 minute walk and is free parking. Parking on the side streets as well as at Tim Horton’s is paid parking.
